Our Consultants have no other responsibilities apart from working in partnership with their clients to solve their current people issues. No sales targets or crazy KPIs, just a commitment to the delivery of first-rate consulting services.

Why work with Us?
Our terms of business are fair and transparent. We charge 20% of the annualised salary. In the case of an interim assignment, then we pro-rata this based on the contract length. If the contract extends then we simply bill an extension fee up to the amount of the permanent placement fee.
We have no interest in trying to sell you a solution that is not relevant to you. We want to work in partnership with you, to help you make the best possible addition to your term.
