Our core belief is that the pursuit of ambitious business goals and treating your people with courtesy and respect are not mutually exclusive to each other. In fact, they are both key to commercial success.
There is nothing wrong with making money, however you don’t need to be a tyrant to do it. If you hire good people and look after them, then it makes sense that their performance levels will outshine those that are stressed and constantly worried about their job etc
As we always say, “People drive profit” and so not only will it keep your people happy, but your shareholders too!
