A Different Kind of HR Project for a Senior HR/Talent Consultant
Not every opportunity needs to be a full-time role.
Sometimes the most interesting work sits alongside what you’re already doing.
We’re working with a PE-backed, high-end luxury attraction in central London that has developed a one-day immersive leadership experience for senior teams.
It’s commercially built.
It’s experiential.
It’s designed to tackle leadership under pressure, decision-making, and collective performance.
Before scaling it, they want a senior HR voice involved.
Not to run it.
Not to sell it aggressively.
But to challenge it properly.
Does it land with mid to large organisations?
Where would it sit within a leadership framework?
Who really owns this budget?
What would make a CPO take it seriously?
This is a short-term, part-time project.
1–2 days per week for an initial six weeks.
London-focused.
Day rate at HRD / CPO level.
You would:
-
Sense-check the proposition
-
Help refine positioning
-
Map where it fits in the market
-
Open thoughtful conversations within your HR network
-
Feed back real-world insight
There is a networking element.
If you’re comfortable starting senior conversations and testing appetite, it will suit you.
If you’re between assignments and want something credible and commercial to fill the gap, it could be a strong fit.
It’s also a rare chance to help shape something new before it scales.
Few senior HR leaders get the opportunity to influence a leadership product at this stage.
If you’re building a portfolio career, exploring fractional work, or simply want an interesting side project that keeps you close to the market, this is worth exploring.
